FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE W Ketchup™ Demands the Arrest of Hillary Clinton
Clinton served as Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) issued a regulation on October 2, 2009, authorized by 44 U.S.C. 31, that reads: Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency recordkeeping system.Clinton concealed her private email account for two years after leaving office until it was revealed by a Romanian hacker. Only after she had been exposed did she turn over some self-selected emails to the State Department. In a recent news conference Clinton tried to defend her actions, saying: “I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two.” Last month, at a technology conference in Silicon Valley, Clinton boasted that she uses multiple devices, including two kinds of iPad, an iPhone and a BlackBerry. Clinton further claimed: “I did not email any classified materials.” The hacker has released emails between her and long-time aide Sidney Blumenthal labeled “Confidential,” one containing the text: “THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION COMES FROM EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SOURCES AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE.” The law provides, under 18 U.S.C. 2071: Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.Dan Oliver, CEO of W Ketchup, reacted: “Democrats believe that laws apply to other people, the little people, and not to themselves. We demand that Mr. Obama fulfill his Constitutional oath to uphold the laws by arresting Hillary Clinton and seizing her effects to ensure a fair trial for her blatant and confessed violations of Federal law.” Clinton admitted in her press conference that she has destroyed 31,830 emails from her private server. Under 36 CFR 1230.10, it was Clinton's job to ensure her records were maintained: The heads of Federal agencies must: (a) Prevent the unlawful or accidental removal, defacing, alteration, or destruction of records. Section 1222.24(a)(6) of this subchapter prohibits removing records from the legal custody of the agency. Records must not be destroyed except under the provisions of NARA-approved agency records schedules or the General Records Schedules issued by NARA.Clinton has claimed that these tens of thousands of emails were all personal, including “personal communications from my husband and me.” Last week, a spokesman for Mr. Clinton told reporters that the former president had “sent two emails in his life.” W Ketchup Chairman Bill Zachary reacted: “This woman, through inaction, caused the death of an American ambassador. Now, by allowing foreign hackers to intercept her email, her actions have placed the security of our brave foreign service officers at risk. She is a menance to our country and deserves the severest of sanctions.” Clinton is a defendent in several Freedom of Information Act lawsuits.
