W Ketchup™ takes issue with Senator Paul

Eagle Bridge, NY — October 1, 2013 — America's march toward leftist statism began under Franklin Roosevelt. Today, in a major milestone of that journey, Obamacare takes effect. Obamacare nationalizes 18% of the economy and requires all Americans to report private details of their personal lives to government apparatchiks.

Last week Senator Ted Cruz spoke for 21 hours on the Senate floor in an effort to delay this expansion of central plannning. During Cruz's Filibuster, Senator Rand Paul said: “The people who gave you Obamacare are not bad people. They have big hearts but not necessarily big brains.”

The most vocal proponent of socialized medicine in the Senate was Ted Kennedy. Kennedy used family connections to subvert justice and avoid manslaughter charges after killing Mary Jo Kopechne. Kennedy was the son of an admitted insider-trader and bootlegger, and was himself a noted drunk and philanderer.

Obamacare was championed in the House of Representatives by then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi's father was mayor of Baltimore for twelve years. Author Lee Bernstein described him as “the ‘Siciliano protector’ of ‘madams, gambling dens, and dope-peddlers.’” Pelosi continues the family tradition by passing or blocking legislation to benefit her family's financial interests.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid shepherded the Obamacare legislation through the Senate. According to Fox News, “Sen. Reid has sponsored at least $47 million in earmarks that directly benefitted organizations that one of his sons, Key Reid, either lobbies for or is affiliated with.” Reid also secured $21 million to build a bridge from a gambling town to undeveloped land that he owns. Reid has admitted that when he was chairman of the Nevada Gambling Commission he was known by the mafia as “Mr. Clean Face.” Kansas City mobster Joe Agosto was recorded on FBI tape saying: “I gotta Clean Face in my pocket.”

During his first presidential campaign, Obama explained how his healthcare bill would be created: “That's what I will do in bringing all parties together, not negotiating behind closed doors, but bringing all parties together, and broadcasting those negotiations on C-SPAN so that the American people can see what the choices are.”

In fact, the Obamacare legislation was concocted exclusively by democrat partisans in secret. Press Secretary Robert Gibbs explained: “the president wants to get a bill to his desk as quickly as possible.” Even when the 2700-page bill came to a vote, most did not know the contents, prompting Pelosi to threaten: “But we have to pass the bill so you can find out what is in it.”

Dan Oliver, CEO of W Ketchup, charged: “Senator Paul is wrong thrice: the people who forced Obamacare on our nation are bad people, who serve only their own avarice, and are diabolically clever. We support Cruz's efforts to halt the march toward statism by defunding the government.”

Senator Reid has admitted that Obamacare was designed to fail in order to justify imposing a single-payer, fully socialized healthcare system on the country: “What we've done with Obamacare is have a step in the right direction, but we're far from having something that's going to work forever.”

W Ketchup Chairman Bill Zachary commented: “We call on Americans to use civil disobedience to overthrow Obamacare by refusing to give faceless bureaucrats access to the private details of their lives. We also recommend a healthy diet, including delicious W Ketchup™, to help avoid the long lines hospitals will have until Obamacare is repealed or defunded.”
