W Ketchup™ Calls for the Restoration of Liberty this Fourth of July

Eagle Bridge, NY — June 25, 2013 — In 1776 Thomas Paine published Common Sense, a pamphlet instrumental in building popular support for the Revolutionary War against King George III. Had King George's Red Coats searched Paine and confiscated his manuscript, the United States might still be a vassal state of England or, worse, part of the European Union.

British law since at least 1603 has upheld the principle that every man's house is his castle, bestowing the right to defend against unlawful entry even by the King's agents. Enshrining this principle of liberty against the abuses of government, our Founding Fathers included the Fourth Amendment in the Bill of Rights:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated; and no Warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Last month investigators revealed that Obama's Justice Department regularly taps the telephones of the press, and his National Security Administration intercepts the private communications of all Americans, including members of Congress and federal judges.

W Ketchup™ Chairman Bill Zachary commented: “When George W. Bush was President, Democrats complained his Administration did not afford foreign terrorists Constitutional protections. Now we have a Democrat President who systemically violates the Constitutional rights of actual citizens. Where is the outrage among the elite? Americans need to act now to safeguard their liberties.”

The recent revelation of unconstitutional government snooping has also illuminated secret courts that issue surreptitious rulings to enable Obama's violations of privacy rights. In 2012, this court approved all of the submitted requests for electronic surveillance.

Dan Oliver, CEO of W Ketchup™, reacted: “Secret courts belong in the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany, not in the United States of America. W Ketchup has repeatedly highlighted the fascist leanings of President Obama and specifically outlined four charges upon which Obama should be impeached by Congress. We now add a fifth: the high crime of knowingly and willfully conspiring to undermine the Fourth Amendment, thereby violating the Presidential Oath to uphold the Constitution. We demand Congress remove this tyrant from office.”

George Orwell's dystopian novel 1984 envisions a totalitarian society in which less than 2% of the population forms the Inner Party, 13% the Outer Party, and the remainder are the Proles who are tyrannized by the former groups. Under Obama, 1.6% of the population holds a government security clearance, while 13% either work directly for government or are government contractors, ordering around normal Americans.

W Ketchup™ exhorts its customers to contemplate the meaning of Liberty during this year's Fourth of July celebration and consider whether they would sign anew our Declaration of Independence.

W Ketchup™ affirms: “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”

Unlike other ketchup companies, W Ketchup™ is not owned by billionaires and is the only brand of ketchup that donates a portion of each sale to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund, which provides educational scholarships for the children of Americans in the Armed Forces killed defending our country from foreign enemies.
